I have earlier written about Elvie's Dream Come True, located at Arellano Street. The place is one of the must-see places here in the city, so anyone who plans for a tour of Roxas will have better reasons to visit Elvie's because it displays a rich collection of Christmas decors, toys, mementos, and anything and everything nice about Christmas, stuffs that will really make your remember that the holidays is really a time for cheer and merriment.
