Many hands make a lot of work light, so the saying goes. And
that’s what officials at the local government and the concerned citizens of Roxas
did. The College of St. John—Roxas, in partnership with the Office of the
Vice-Mayor and with the Officials of Brgy. Banica conducted the clean-up drive
at Gov. Atila Balgos Avenue last August 7. Councilors Cora Balgos Tiangco and
Trina Almalbis and Brgy. Captain Frederick Agrasada also spared time to join
