Conference aims to keep the Panay Bukidnon heritage alive

The Shri Vishayas Conference, part of the five-day Shri Vishayas art festival, will be held on October 27, 2022, from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM at the Gerry Roxas Training and Convention Center in Roxas City.

 Felipe P. Jocano, Jr., son and namesake of the renowned anthropologist, will serve as the keynote speaker, while key figures in the indigenous studies in Western Visayas, namely Dr. Alicia P. Magos, Jose R. Taton, Jr. , Anna Razel L. Ramirez, and Ruzel B. Espino-Paller will also deliver talks in this whole day activity. Here are the details of the conference:
