Raian Degracia, a tricycle driver in Roxas City, was recognized by the Roxas City government under the leadership of Mayor Ronnie Dadivas , for showing exemplary honesty by returning the cellphone, which was left by a passenger on the tricycle that he was driving.
Manong Raian's good deed went viral after a netizen took to social media her gratitude after the driver returned her friend's cellphone.
A certificate was awarded to Manong Raian by City Administrator Love Usison and TMU Head Butchoy Andrada.
